Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a service setting.
• Strong communication; able to explain information clearly and ask questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills; organize information and identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
