This in-person role offers training, opportunities to grow tax knowledge, and the potential to increase earnings as you build skills. Availability includes peak periods and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills, explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs
• Problem-solving, organizing information and identifying solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide client-friendly recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
