Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment
• Ability to explain tax information clearly to clients
• Proficient with digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent requirements

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations
• Identify tax savings opportunities and relevant products/services
• Address client questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork
