Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment
• Strong communication skills to explain information clearly
• Problem-solving abilities to organize information and find solutions
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based assistants
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and guidance
