You’ll meet with clients to gather information, prepare returns, and explain tax concepts clearly while building strong client relationships and contributing to office priorities through teamwork.

No prior tax experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow during tax season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources.
• Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach.
