Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Income Tax Course or be enrolled in it.
• Experience in customer-facing or service roles is required.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain tax information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and information-organizing skills.
• Comfort with digital tools, including AI-based assistants.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with guidance from experienced teammates.
