H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Tax Associate to work in-person at a local tax office in Georgia. You will meet with clients, gather tax information, and prepare returns with guidance from experienced teammates.

The role emphasizes clear explanations and recommendations to clients while identifying potential tax savings opportunities. No prior tax experience is required as training is provided; you will earn an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax

Competenze

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems included AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED/ equivalent
