No prior tax experience is required; you’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you learn and build client relationships, often including evenings and weekends during tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or enrollment.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
