H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to help clients gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions with training and support from day one. You’ll work directly with clients and build valuable skills while earning an hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or enrollment/completion.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Clear communication and ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Problem-solving and ability to identify solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based assistants.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and explain relevant products.
• Address questions or unique situations with guidance and resources.
