Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems, including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
