No prior tax experience is required; training is provided from day one to help you learn and grow, including explaining tax information and identifying savings opportunities for clients. This role emphasizes client service and collaborative teamwork during tax season.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service environment
• Strong communication and needs assessment skills
• Problem solving with organized information and solutions
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based systems
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities
