You’ll meet with clients, gather information, prepare returns, explain tax details, and help identify savings opportunities. This in-person role offers competitive hourly pay with potential to earn more as tax knowledge grows, and hours can extend during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to organize information.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities
