H&R Block in Arkansas is seeking a seasonal Tax Associate to start a career in tax and client services. No prior tax experience required, as comprehensive training and support are provided from day one.

You will meet with clients, gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions in a friendly, hands-on environment. This in-person role offers an hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as your tax knowledge grows, and you will build strong client relationships while supporting

Qualifications

Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
Strong communication and ability to assess needs.
Familiarity with AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
Prepare tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates.
Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations to clients.
Identify tax savings opportunities and suggest relevant products and services.
