Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Tax Associate to work in a local tax office in Arkansas. You’ll meet with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns with training from experienced teammates, and answer questions while building valuable client relationships.

No prior tax experience is required. You’ll learn on the job, earn an hourly wage, and have opportunities to increase earnings during peak periods.

Qualifications

Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course or equivalent.
Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain information clearly.
Problem-solving skills with ability to organize information.
Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
