No prior tax experience required; you will receive comprehensive training and work directly with clients to gather information, prepare returns, and answer questions while building client relationships.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate with opportunities to increase earnings as you gain tax knowledge and grow in the role.

Qualificações

• Complete HR Block Income Tax Course or enrollment/participation.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from teammates.
• Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations clients can understand.
• Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services.
