You'll work in-person at a local tax office, learn through training from day one, gather client information, and prepare tax returns with support from teammates.

You will build client relationships, explain tax information clearly, identify savings opportunities, and grow your knowledge to increase earnings during peak periods.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers or clients in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems including AI-based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsabilidades
