You will prepare accurate returns for individuals and businesses, interview clients to understand their financial situations, and offer personalized recommendations while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of tax prep, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
