Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state requirements apply.
• At least 1 year of tax prep or related experience.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Interview clients to understand finances and tax implications; offer clear recommendations.
• Build relationships with empathetic, consultative service and identify tax savings.
• Provide IRS support and audit guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive client-focused office.
