Qualifications

• Experience explaining tax concepts in client-friendly language.
• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment 1.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Interview clients to understand finances and tax implications, then advise clearly.
• Build relationships and identify tax savings and Block products.
• Provide IRS support, notice assistance, and audit guidance.
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge in a client-focused office.
