Qualifications

Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
1+ year experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping including individual and business returns.
Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or advisory role.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain tax concepts clearly.
Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent.
