Job summary

Atlanta Athletic Club is seeking a seasonal Swim Team Head Coach to lead and develop a comprehensive program for students aged 5–18. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a focus on safety and professionalism.

You will manage practices, meets, and clinics, while mentoring young athletes and coordinating with staff. The position emphasizes skill development, discipline, and teamwork, with competitive expectations and a commitment to safety and positive experiences for all

Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification required.
ASA Certification required or obtained within 30 days.
STSC or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the swim team program.
Develop and implement structured training emphasizing skill development, conditioning, and progression for ages 5–18.
Oversee practice sessions, meets, and Saturday clinics.
Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, staff, and administration.
Collaborate with aquatics director to align with program goals.
Uphold safety, sportsmanship, and professional standards.
