Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Swim Team Head Coach - Seasonal to lead, develop, and manage all aspects of the youth swim program for ages 5–18. This role requires dynamic leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence.

Responsibilities include designing training plans, running practices and meets, mentoring assistant coaches, and maintaining clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• ASA Certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.
• Lifeguard certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage all aspects of the swim team program.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and sportsmanship during practices and meets.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, staff, and administration.
• Collaborate with aquatics director to align with program goals.
