Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an Interim Support Lead in Pittsfield, MA to help deliver a standout shopping experience. You’ll support front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and safety while stepping in as Manager on Duty during shifts.

The role is seasonal and ends by January 31, 2027. You’ll train associates, drive sales, and partner with store leadership to optimize merchandising and store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkouts.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Take on Manager on Duty responsibilities during shifts and manage store operations.
