Job summary

Five Below Inc. in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an Interim Support Lead for seasonal management. You will assist with front end operations, cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining shop cleanliness while stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed during peak season.

The role supports onboarding of new associates, drives sales, and helps control costs through effective supervision and merchandising decisions. The position runs through Jan 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and ensure a smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stocking.
