Job summary

Superba Bakehouse in Venice, CA seeks an experienced Temporary Baker to join our pastry-focused team through the Winter season. The role involves crafting pastries and breads with care in a fast-paced kitchen, hours 8:00am–4:00pm.

Wages are $20–24 per hour, plus health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan for full-time or equivalent staff. A free meal is provided each shift, with opportunities for growth within our expanding restaurant group.

Qualifications

• One year of pastry and bread experience including mixing, shaping and croissant production.
• Reliable, punctual and team oriented.
• Detail oriented and cool under pressure.
• Following standards food safety and sanitation.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability.

We are looking for an experienced Temporary Baker to join our Bakehouse team in Venice through the end of the Winter Season.
