Superba Food + Bread in Calabasas is seeking experienced baristas to join a busy, hospitality-forward team. You’ll craft drinks with precision, deliver memorable guest experiences, and thrive on seasonal menus in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine; latte art experience a huge plus.
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience.
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service.
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy – (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules).
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability.

We are looking for experienced and hospitable Baristas to join our team! The ideal candidate works well in a busy environment and understand the technique of creating delicious drinks.

The pay range for this role is:

25 - 30 USD per hour (Superba Food & Bread - Calabasas)
