Job summary

Superba Food + Bread in Calabasas seeks an experienced Barista who thrives in a busy setting and understands drink technique. You will craft beverages, maintain quality, and deliver warm hospitality to guests.

The role rewards strong guest service, teamwork, and a commitment to seasonal menus and exceptional food quality. A free meal with every shift and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of barista experience on a manual machine.
• Latte art experience is a huge plus.
• Commitment to an amazing guest experience and hospitable service.
• Knowledge of our menu and food safety standards.
• Ability to handle busy periods and resolve issues positively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and table management helps.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and sanitation standards.
• Provide hospitable and accurate service with menu knowledge.
• Address problems quickly and turn tough situations into positive outcomes.
• Use Toast POS, OpenTable and Hot Schedules as needed.

We are looking for experienced and hospitable Baristas to join our team! The ideal candidate works well in a busy environment and understand the technique of creating delicious drinks.

Qualifications:

• At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine- latte art experience a huge plus!
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
• Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
