Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring for a Seasonal Part-Time Team Members at the JCPenney Portrait Studio in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You’ll capture joyful photos and guide customers through sales while delivering an excellent experience from greeting to session completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED; no experience required.
• Prior retail, sales, service or photography experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; quick rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer/navigation data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture fun, creative photos to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform the sales process to meet sales averages.
• Talk to potential customers and schedule sessions; confirm appointments.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do Here

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers' expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

The Skills You'll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!
