Job summary

Lifetouch's JCPenney Portrait Team in Harrisburg is seeking seasonal part-time team members to support photography sessions and customer service.

You’ll work with infants, children, and adults, delivering a positive experience while assisting with sales and scheduling. This role includes flexible hours, training, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, sales, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
