Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Team Member for the JCPenney Portrait Team in Orange Park, FL. You will capture photos that are fun and creative, and guide customers through the sales process to schedule sessions and achieve strong results.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or photography experience is preferred, but not required. We offer training and a supportive, inclusive team environment.

• Must be 18+ years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Able to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customers' expectations.
• Perform the sales process to meet Sales Average expectations.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
