Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring for Seasonal Part-Time Team Members to join the JCPenney Portrait Team in our Miami studios. The role involves taking fun, creative photos and guiding customers through the sales process to build joyful experiences.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, have strong communication skills, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior photography experience is required, training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age, with high school diploma or GED Equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience is preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry)
• No experience necessary!

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed the customers' expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve Sales Average expectations
