Job summary

Shutterfly is hiring for the JCPenney Portrait Team in a seasonal, part-time role. Earn $16.00 per hour while helping customers capture memories; gain paid training, flexible schedules, and a supportive team environment.

You’ll take fun, creative photos, lead the sales process, book sessions, and ensure a standout customer experience from greeting to delivery. We welcome applicants 18+, with or without prior experience, and encourage diverse candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and computer skills (navigation, data entry).
• No experience necessary!
