Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This role includes greeting customers, assisting with questions, and processing transactions at the POS, while upholding store policies and security practices.

As part of a team, you will maintain a clean, organized sales floor, assist with merchandising tasks, and participate in special projects. Prior experience is not required; a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests and assist with questions.
• Operate POS and complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies.
• Monitor security and prevent theft.
• Assist Merchandiser with displays and merchandising tasks.
• Keep store clean, organized and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak holiday days as needed.
• Process guest transactions using Point of Sale software and bag purchases.
• Stay informed about current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Help monitor security and respond to potential theft or risk scenarios.
• Support Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with displays, merchandising, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store that reflects Buckle’s mission.
• Comply with all company policies and ethics guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and guest service excellence.
• Take on special projects as assigned.
