Job summary

The Store Support Teammate at The Buckle, Inc. supports the mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests while assisting the Store Manager with sales support tasks. This role emphasizes guest engagement and operational teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will greet Guests, process transactions at the POS, stay informed on promotions, maintain displays, and help with merchandising while upholding store policies and ethics. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and assist with questions about the store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft and respond appropriately.
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit and handle special projects as assigned.
