Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate at our Easton Town Center location in Columbus, OH. This part-time, on-site role supports daily store operations and guest experiences, reporting to the Store Manager and working across sales, merchandising, and customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions at POS, maintaining displays, learning current promotions, and assisting with security practices and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions about store merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and complete Guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Assist merchandising tasks such as displays, fixtures, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for guests, and support a positive team environment.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
