Job summary

Buckle in Columbus, NE is hiring a Store Support Teammate for a part-time, on-site role. You’ll engage guests, answer questions, ring up purchases, and help maintain a clean, organized store that reflects Buckle’s mission.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling transactions with the POS system, assisting merchandising efforts, and contributing to a positive team environment while adhering to Buckle’s policies. No prior experience is required, and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest-service abilities and ability to answer questions about store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly assistance.
• Process guest transactions using POS software.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep store clean and organized.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store procedures.
• Support store operations and special projects as needed.
