Buckle is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate at Liberty Center, OH. The teammate will help fulfill Buckle’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and support store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions at POS, merchandising support, maintaining a welcoming store, and upholding company policies. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
• Operate the POS software to complete Guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
• Monitor security risks and thefts; know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Fulfill Buckle’s mission while supporting a positive team spirit.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
