Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Support Teammate at Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH. You will greet guests, process transactions with POS software, and support merchandising efforts to maintain a welcoming, organized store.

You will work a flexible schedule including peak shopping days and holidays, uphold security practices, and contribute to a great guest experience while aligning with Buckle’s policies and values.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Operate POS software to complete transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday days as needed.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, payments, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and know how to handle situations.
• Assist with merchandising tasks: displays, fixtures, price markdowns, transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable per Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team spirit; perform special projects as assigned.
