Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to enhance the customer experience in our store. You will support stock, displays, curbside orders and customer service with enthusiasm and teamwork.

This role emphasizes helping customers, maintaining inventory and contributing to a welcoming shopping environment during the holiday season. Ideal candidates bring customer service or retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas.
• Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, maintain organized stockroom.
• Assist leadership with stocking displays on the sales floor.
• Process incoming/outgoing packages and curbside orders.
• Support sales and service goals and standards as directed by leadership.
• Engage customers to drive sales through product knowledge.
• Lead by example and support profitability and store operations.
• Promote current promotions and brand initiatives to customers.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
