Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to be the friendly face in our stores, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are complete, and orders are fulfilled smoothly. You'll work under leadership to maintain the store's efficiency and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and customer engagement, with a focus on holiday season demand.

Qualifications

Customer service or retail experience preferred.
Good communication skills.
Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.
Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving AND the days surrounding Christmas.
Part‑Time role: Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Responsibilities

Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized stockroom.
Assist leadership with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked and available for customers.
Process incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside pickup orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store.
Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by leadership.
Drive sales through engagement of customers and sharing product knowledge.
Lead by example and support store leadership in accountability for store profitability and operational excellence.
Promote awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, and store services.
Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security and safety guidelines.
Promote teamwork by collaborating safely and efficiently with all associates.
