Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to support store readiness and customer service during the holiday season. You will help maintain stock levels, set up displays, process orders, and contribute to a fun, engaging shopping experience for guests in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior customer service or retail experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise with a team.
• Availability to work weekends after Thanksgiving and around Christmas.
• Part-time shifts with weekend days and at least one weekday or night.

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks and keep the stockroom organized.
• Ensure displays on the sales floor are stocked and accessible for customers.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, curbside, ship from store, and BOPIS orders.
• Support store sales goals and customer service standards set by leadership.
• Engage customers to drive sales with product knowledge and demonstration.
• Lead by example and assist leadership in store profitability and operations.
• Promote current promotions, brand initiatives, and store services to customers.
• Monitor loss prevention, security, and safety per policy guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and safe, respectful collaboration among associates.
