Job summary

Eberjey in Miami is seeking a Part-time Operations Assistant to support store performance through efficient back-of-house execution. The role covers receiving, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, transfers, and maintaining an organized stock room.

When busy, assist with standardizing store visuals to keep the space presentable. This season position runs from November 1 to January 15, 2027, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift baskets/boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Team player with good communication.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/on-call.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, iPad/laptop, Internet and Mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance.
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Ensure inventory control and inspect quality of new merchandise.
• Organize back stock.
• Steam client try-ons and returns.
• Prep store-to-store transfers.
• Prep FedEx labels and follow up on receipt.
• Prep gift boxes.
• Assist with store cleaning.
