Eberjey seeks a Seasonal Operations Assistant to support store performance in Miami Beach. This part-time role runs from November 1 to January 15, 2027, supporting back-of-house tasks, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, and occasional visual merchandising.

You'll maintain an organized stock room, prepare shipments, transfers, and gift boxes, and assist with store upkeep. Flexible weekends/holidays and basic computer skills are required to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
• Able to lift and move items as part of stock duties.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance.
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy.
• Inspect quality and condition of new merchandise.
• Organize back stock and prep transfers.
• Steam client try-ons and returns; prepare FedEx labels.
• Assist with store cleanliness and shelving.
