Job summary

Eberjey in Miami is seeking a Part-time Operations Assistant to support store performance through efficient back-of-house execution. The role covers receiving, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, transfers, and maintaining an organized stock room.

When busy, assist with standardizing store visuals to keep the space presentable. This season position runs from November 1 to January 15, 2027, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift baskets/boxes up to 30 pounds.
• Team player with good communication.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/on-call.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, iPad/laptop, Internet and Mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of store maintenance.
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy per procedures.
• Ensure inventory control and inspect quality of new merchandise.
• Organize back stock.
• Steam client try-ons and returns.
• Prep store-to-store transfers.
• Prep FedEx labels and follow up on receipt.
• Prep gift boxes.
• Assist with store cleaning.

Description

The part-time Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting overall store performance through efficient back of house execution. The Operations Assistant should be able to demonstrate expertise in operational tasks including receiving, stock organization, replenishment to the floor, transfers, and maintaining an organized and clean stock room. When the store is busy, they will also help with standardization of store visual merchandising to ensure space is presentable at all times. This is a season position expected to run from November 1 to January 15, 2027.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 / hour

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to all aspect of store maintenance
• Receive inventory and ensure accuracy by following proper procedures and best practices
• Ensure inventory control and inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise
• Organize back stock
• Steam all client try-ons and returns
• Prep store to store transfers
• Prep FedEx labels for shipments and follow up to ensure packages were received
• Prep gift boxes
• Assist with cleaning of store

What You’ll Need

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, carry up to 30 lbs, move freely on a ladder, and have the ability to bend and reach as necessary
