Job summary

Frank & Eileen seeks a highly organized Seasonal Operations Specialist (Full-Time) to support our Back of House team at the Madison Avenue flagship in New York City. The role focuses on inventory management, shipment processing, and operational excellence to ensure a seamless experience for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Retail or operations experience preferred (luxury or specialty retail a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments with accuracy and care.
• Support inventory management including stockroom organization, replenishment, and transfers.
• Prepare product for the sales floor, including tagging, steaming, folding, and replenishing as needed.
• Partner with Front of House team to ensure timely product availability for customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-of-house environment that reflects Frank & Eileen standards.
• Assist with operational tasks including supplies management, packaging preparation, and special projects.
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in all back-of-house processes.
• Support additional operational tasks and directives from Store and Assistant Managers and Visual Merchandiser as needed.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.
