Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Operations Associate to support a seasonal store in Houston, TX. You will assist the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising setup, pack-up and teardown, ensuring the store runs smoothly during the Halloween season.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. The role requires flexibility, physical stamina, and prior retail management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
