Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. This role focuses on maximizing profits through guest services and effective staff development.

The position requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. 18+ age and strong merchandising skills are essential.
