Spirit Halloween is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role focuses on guest services, staff development, and inventory control to drive sales and profitability.

You will help manage daily operations, monitor expenses, and uphold merchandising standards while maintaining a flexible schedule and meeting the 18+ age requirement. Physical tasks include standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Must be 18+ and have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of Seasonal Store.
• Support operations to maximize sales and profitability through guest services and merchandising.
• Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage and inventory management.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and uphold store policies and standards.
