Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in various tasks, including staffing, setup, merchandising, and inventory control. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales and profitability by providing excellent Guest Services and managing staff effectively.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a flexible schedule and able to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, and lifting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown.
• Responsible for maximum sales and profitability by establishing Guest Services.
• Develops staff, controls expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
