Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Develop staff and support all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Control expenses and shrinkage and manage all aspects of store operations.
